The NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits

The NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits (PAPL) helps you and participants understand how the price for supports and services work in the NDIS.

The PAPL makes sure participants get value for money in the supports they receive.

It highlights the maximum price limits providers can charge NDIS participants. You can still work together with your participant so they can get a better price.

Rules in the PAPL must be followed.

We regularly update pricing arrangements. The most recent update came into effect on 24 November 2025.

Addendums

There are additional pricing products and addenda to the PAPL. They help explain or update the PAPL document without changing it. We call these addendums.

They are not standalone documents and must be read in conjunction with the PAPL.
